Hello! My name is Kim. I am a Nurse , Mindset/Life and Business Coach.

I have 2 adult children and I currently live in NC. I have a love for reading, learning, and deepening my 'innerstanding' of self. I left the traditional work space in 2021 to pursue my dream of helping others on a deeper level.

I formed the company SauBou, which is a NEW way of living. We uplift, inspire, and transform lives by creating paths to Freedom.

As an RN, CCM, CSM, and Coach, I provide the necessary tools needed for you to have the most impact in your life and the lives of others.

I use different modalities and techniques that foster healing and self awareness.
